My family has a habit of drinking tea, different teas at different times, and I liked Chenpi Pu'er tea the most. The procedure of making it is interesting: carve a circle at the top of a mandarin, dig the pulp out, replace with tea leaves, and finish by drying them out - a perfect way to infuse the citrussy freshness of the rind into the earthy tea leaves, leaving an understated yet extraordinary scent.
